Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be physically located in a place where sports betting is legal when you place any bet.
• You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

2. What EdgeDrop is — and isn't

EdgeDrop compares sportsbook prices against an estimated fair price and shows where a price appears better than fair. It is an information tool. EdgeDrop is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and provides information, not financial or betting advice.

• An "edge" is an estimate of expected value based on market prices at a moment in time. It is not a prediction that a bet will win.
• Odds come from third-party data providers and sportsbooks. They can be delayed, wrong, or gone by the time you see them. Always confirm the price at the sportsbook before you bet.
• Every betting decision is yours, and so is every result. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. One account per person.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

4. EdgeDrop Pro subscriptions

• Price. Pro is $14.99 / month or $119 / year, plus any applicable tax. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per person. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged automatically.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. Go to Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Pro until then.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and we don't give credit for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged in error, email contact@bonusdrop.io.
• Price changes. We'll give you notice before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, Pro access may end until it's resolved.

5. Alerts

Pro alerts (email and device notifications) are provided on a best-effort basis. They may arrive late or not at all, and a price may have moved by the time you see one. Don't rely on alerts as your only source of information. You can change or turn off alerts anytime in your Account.

6. Track record

The Performance page shows hypothetical results: every edge we displayed, graded at a flat 1 unit at the first price we showed. It doesn't reflect your results, prices you could actually get, or limits a sportsbook may apply. Edge is an estimate of expected value, not a prediction. Outcomes are uncertain and past performance does not guarantee future results. Odds change quickly; confirm the price at the sportsbook before betting.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account, or copy, resell, republish, or redistribute EdgeDrop data or edges;
• scrape, crawl, or access the service with bots or automated tools;
• get around paywalls, limits, or security, or reverse engineer the service;
• use EdgeDrop for anything unlawful.

8. Affiliate links

BonusDrop may earn a commission if you sign up with a sportsbook through our links. Commissions do not affect how edges or prices are calculated.

9. Third parties

Sportsbooks and other sites we link to are run by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their offers, payouts, or decisions about your account.

10. Ownership

EdgeDrop, including its software, design, calculations, and content, belongs to BonusDrop.io. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing.

11. Disclaimers

EdgeDrop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BonusDrop.io is not liable for any betting losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EdgeDrop. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid anything.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover BonusDrop.io against claims and costs that arise from your misuse of EdgeDrop or your breach of these terms.

14. Ending service

You can stop using EdgeDrop and cancel anytime. We may change, suspend, or end the service or any feature. If we end Pro entirely, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email or in the app. Continuing to use EdgeDrop after a change means you accept it.
